Level Inbox
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace

The same inboxes, up to 86% cheaper, and we set them up.

Microsoft charges €7.28 a mailbox a month and Google €8.10, and you would still have to buy the domains and do the setup yourself. We charge from €2.50, and €1.00 at volume, with the domains, the DNS and every check included. They arrive ready to send, not ready to configure.

You need separate accounts on separate domains because emailing hundreds of strangers from your company address gets that address marked as spam, and then even your everyday email stops arriving.

No card needed to look around. You pay when you order accounts.

Two options

Microsoft fits more accounts. Google sends more per account.

On Microsoft, 50 accounts share one domain and each sends 5 emails a day. On Google only 3 accounts share a domain, but each one sends 15. Same setup, same dashboard, different maths.

How it works

You make four choices. We do the rest.

1

Say how many emails a day

One slider. It works out how many accounts and domains you need. 500 emails a day is 100 Microsoft accounts on two domains.

2

Pick your domains

We suggest names close to your brand and check on the spot whether they are free. Your real company domain is never used for this.

3

Name the senders

Real names, not aliases. Each account becomes a natural variation of that person.

4

We build it

We buy the domains, do the technical setup, create every account and let them settle for 24 hours. Then you get a spreadsheet of logins.

We could have never imagined getting meetings with Jack Wolfskin or Hugo Boss. This is insane.
Christian Schmidt·Founder at Boldbrands
Why it lands

We do the fiddly technical part.

Every email provider checks that a message really comes from the address it claims. That check needs a handful of settings on the domain, and one wrong character sends everything to spam. We write all of them and confirm they took.

A limit that stays a limit

Every account sends the same small number, every day.

Sending a lot from a fresh account is the quickest way to get blocked. So each one has a hard daily cap that never goes up. Need more email? You add accounts, not pressure.

The short answer

Same accounts. Set up for outreach. Far less money.

You could buy mailboxes from Microsoft or Google yourself. You would pay their list price for every one, then still have to buy the domains and do the setup.

Real provider infrastructure

These are proper Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace accounts. Mail leaves through the provider's own sending infrastructure, the same one large companies send their everyday email through, not a bulk mail relay shared with whoever signed up that morning.

Configured for outreach, not for an office

A normal work mailbox is set up to send a few emails to people who know you. These are set up the other way round: a fixed low daily number, a separate domain, and authentication written and checked before the first send.

Nothing left for you to do

Domains, DNS, the domain check with the provider, the accounts themselves and the settling period are all part of the price. Buying direct gets you a mailbox and a blank page.

Compared against the providers’ own European prices, excluding VAT, in September 2026, paying month to month: Microsoft 365 Business Basic €7.28 per user per month, Google Workspace Business Starter €8.10. Committing to a full year brings those down to €6.07 and €6.80, and we are still far below either. Google Business Standard is €16.20. Domains are charged separately either way, and our rate is set by the size of a single order.

Case study

Cold email went from an experiment to their best channel.

FokusFachkraft place skilled staff with German employers, a market where the good candidates are never the ones applying. They needed to reach people who were not looking, at volume, without putting the address their placements run through at risk.

They started on separate sending domains with accounts we set up and have been scaling on them since. It is now the channel that brings in the most new business for them.

“Cold email has become our best channel. We already got two new leads with your infrastructure, and I am starting to think this really works.”

In their words

What people say once they are sending.

Our sales have more than doubled thanks to Level Inbox, and cold email is now a channel that actually works for us, which I did not believe could be the case to be honest.
Jannik LinkeFounder, Clementine Media
Zero setup required. Delivered in hours. Our campaigns saw a 32% increase in reply rates.

Best infrastructure we have ever plugged into. It scales with what the team needs rather than the other way round.

Yesterday I received confirmation for a pilot. It was the first appointment. The dates are good and we also have a good return, which of course makes me very happy.

Use any sending tool you like.

You get plain logins, so anything that can send email can use them. There is no app of ours you have to move into, and nothing about your campaigns depends on an app of ours.

Sending in two days, not next month.

Choose how much you want to send, pick your domains, name your senders. We take it from there.

Your real domain stays clean

Cold email never touches the domain your company runs on. Anyone who visits one of the new ones lands on your real website.

Set up, not shipped

The domains, the DNS and the settings that decide whether mail arrives are all done before you get the logins. Nothing is handed over as a checklist.

Works with what you use

Logins arrive as a spreadsheet and work in any sending tool. There is no app of ours you have to move into.
