Privacy Policy

Level Inbox (“we”) protects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use levelinbox.com and our email infrastructure services, and what we do with it.

Account data: name, work email and password hash, plus the company domain and redirect target you enter during setup.

Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store the customer reference and subscription status; we never see full card numbers.

Infrastructure data: the sending domains you purchase, the mailboxes created for you and their provisioning status.

Usage data: basic product analytics such as pages viewed and features used, to understand where the product is unclear.

We do not read, store or analyse the content of emails you send from your mailboxes. We do not sell personal data.

We use a small set of processors to run the service: Stripe (payments), Microsoft (mailbox hosting), Cloudflare (DNS), our domain registrar, and email delivery for transactional messages. Each processes data only to deliver the service.

Account and infrastructure records are kept while your account is active and for as long as legally required afterwards, primarily for invoicing and tax obligations. Credential files are retained so you can re-download them, and are deleted on request.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing, by writing to support@levelinbox.com. Deleting your account removes your data subject to the retention obligations above.
